Area: Systems Engineering Subject: Information Technologies and Tools Manual Responsibility: Chief Editor: Juan Chamero - Fermín Bernasconi Made for: OEA, American States Organization, in a joint effort with the IBI-ICC from Rome Description The IBI-ICC, The International Institute of Calculus of Rome, Italy, under the OAS, Organization of American States auspice committed to edit an Information Technologies and Tools Manual as a OAS-IBI-ICC join effort and for that purpose called for an IT experts meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina where in one week the topics that should be in that manual were discussed. Juan Chamero was commissioned to be the Chief Editor of the manual that was edited and compiled as an 800 pages book written in Spanish and distributed by the IBI-ICC to Latin American countries and Europe. |
