Proposals: With or without diagnosis it's the proposal of a Project, defined as a given solution to solve efficiently a customer need. It covers technical, commercial and financial subjects of the Project, flows of cash, detail of used resources along the time, a Master Plan depicting all the details of the project: goals, targets, outcomes and with their estimated probabilities of success.

Full Equipments and Parts: Idem but partial.
Data Procurement: It means professional and activities databases procurement. There are many companies dedicated to sell, rent and lease specialized databases. We know them and we have a Systems Department able to assemble what you need from existing ones and even synthesizing it directly from the Web.

Per call: A visit to a customer as for a request made by a suitable method, phone call, beeper, fax, e-mail, via Web.
Periodically: A programmed visit by mutual agreement.
Emergency Backups: A special case of trouble, where a customer urgently need to put his/her information assets in a secure and ever lasting place. There are many ways to do it but it's a complex task that requires multiple checks and experience. Most times the assets represent the virtual life of persons and organizations, for instance the Clinical Patient's Histories for a Medical Doctor. It's not a fact of just transferring data from a disk to a CD or onto a tape but to control that effectively all, absolutely all data, was transferred in the appropriate form.
